• Collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features.
• Money laundering or depositing funds obtained through illegal activity. vi999 complies with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or technical vulnerabilities on the Platform. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged or altered documents during KYC verification.

vi999 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity continuously. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their accounts closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all balances forfeited. vi999 reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies where appropriate.

Suspension, Closure and Termination of Accounts

vi999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion for any of the following reasons, without being required to provide advance notice to the player:

• A player's voluntary request to close their own account, including requests made through the self-exclusion programme. Self-excluded accounts will not be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

Ownership of vi999 Platform Content

All content on the vi999 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials and any other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to vi999 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of vi999.

Extent of vi999's Liability to Players

vi999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vi999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
